Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before training at ALTIPEAK™.

General Questions

At sea level, we breathe air that contains 21% oxygen. In our Altipeak studios, we lower the oxygen content to around 14.5%, simulating an altitude of 3,000 metres.

This means your body has to work harder and more efficiently to deliver oxygen to your muscles. Over time, this adaptation improves your endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and energy levels.

When you return to sea level, your body is better conditioned, leading to:

  • Faster fitness gains
  • Improved performance
  • More results with less training

Altitude training helps you get fitter, faster – and get more out of doing less.
